Created during the Autumn Residency 2025 at the Artist House, Light Threshold I examines the Cycladic arch as a passage between enclosure and openness, shadow and illumination. The composition isolates the essential geometry of the space, where curved and vertical forms are shaped by natural light into a quiet architectural rhythm.

By focusing on the interplay of surface, proportion, and atmosphere, the photograph moves beyond documentation toward contemplation. The arch becomes both a physical structure and a symbolic threshold—an invitation to consider how architecture frames movement, perception, and memory.
