PANO Apartment
The Pano Apartment can be rented separately or with the Artist House, extending capacity to 8 adults. Book it alone or together with the Artist House for groups of 7 or more.
Simplified Reservation
At the Artist House, we strive to provide a clear and uncomplicated booking experience while maintaining fairness for both our guests and property owners. To secure your reservation, a 30% prepayment is required upon booking. The outstanding balance must be paid no later than three months (90 days) before your arrival.

To finalize your reservation, please fill out the booking form below. You can make the prepayment directly during the booking process or choose to receive an invoice and settle the payment within 10 days after booking.
Balance Payment Reminder: To keep the process smooth, we will send you a reminder 10 days before the final payment is due. You can easily complete the payment via the same secure link or bank transfer.

Cancellation Terms
Free Cancelation until 90 days before arrival and free rebook!
Our cancellation policy aims to be fair to both guests and property owners by ensuring stability in managing bookings and protecting against last-minute cancellations. It encourages commitment while providing a consistent experience for all our guests. For cancellations made 90 days before your arrival, we’ll refund you 50% of the total price. Guests may request to rebook their stay up to 30 days before arrival, free of charge, subject to availability and rate differences. Rebooked stays must take place within 12 months of the original check-in date. Rebooking is not possible within 30 days of arrival.

Slow travel discounts and pricing
We believe in taking the time to truly enjoy each destination. With these offers, you can relax, explore, and make the most of your stay with us. Stay for two weeks and get 5% off, Stay for three weeks and enjoy 10% off, Stay for a month or longer and save 20%.
Maintaining clarity in pricing matters to us, therefore we outline the included taxes as additional cost in the booking form. Included is the Climate Crisis Resilience Tax (Law 5073/2023) of €10 per night for Villas above 80m². This tax is intended to reduce the effects of climate change. The Local City Tax of 0.5% supporting local infrastructure and our corporate tax of 12%. Our rental prices are reduced by 15% compared to common booking platforms, as we do not charge an additional booking commission. Please also take note of our Terms and Conditions (AGBs) when making your reservation, which encompass the rental agreement and cancellation policies.
